ETAU provides student residency visas for international students. They send an invitation letter after admission requirements are met and facilitate visa on arrival with a valid passport copy. The process takes at least 10 working days. A letter from EAU sales staff, Police Clearance Certificate, and Personal History Form are required. The price per credit hour is USD 165 for international (non-Ethiopian) students and USD 125 per credit hour for Ethiopian nationals. You may also need to pay for other expenses such as books, supplies, accommodation, transportation, insurance, and application fee which is 400 ETB (Ethiopians) and 50 USD (International Students).
The EAU offers dormitories on shared base (two trainees in one room) and a wide range of facilities, is located inside our University campus, a few steps away from the teaching and administration building.
There are two semesters in each EAU Academic Year.
Each semester is normally 15 weeks long.
EAU’s postgraduate program schedule is fixed with one module every two months. The minimum time to finish is 24 months.
Undergraduate students receive their timetable after registration and can access it on the website. Postgraduate students receive their schedule by email from their Admissions Officer after registration.
